Synopsis: Saotome Honami is a woman who inherited the ugliness that runs in her family.
Tired of being rejected and mistreated, she travels to Europe in order to get plastic surgery (face lift, liposuction, the drill). She's gorgeous now.
The show follows her return to Japan where she can now work as a model and get revenge on people who used to laugh at her.
In the meantime, Honami falls for Fujishima Ryusui, a guy that, despite being a master of flower arrangement, couldn't care less about looks. He's used to live in high society where people are as superficial as they can be.
How can Honami gain his attention when she's beautiful on the outside but still behaves as a regular and ugly girl?
